Club overnighter to Palatka - Jan 26, 2008
The club went to Palatka for our January overnighter. The caravan of about 8 cars went without major problem. Lunch was at the Blackwater Inn. In Palatka we were met by members of the Jacksonville Classic MG club. In total we had about 38 people staying overnight at the Quality Inn that is located right on the St John's river in Palatka. Dinner was at the Gator Landing where we occupied their large meeting room. On Sunday morning most cars went their own way home. A group of 5 cars went at 10AM to the Ravine Gardens State Park where we enjoyed a most interesting tour given by one of the Park Ranger. The way back to Orlando made us use the Fort Gates Ferry accross The St John's River. Lunch was on the end of our 7 Mile sand road trip from the ferry. From there everybody went home on their own.

Club visit to the Cole Collector Car Museum
The club visited on March 10, 2007 Larry Cole's antique car collection. 20+ cars were admired by us all. Thanks to Larry who was so kind to give us the grand tour and the back ground stories associated with some of his cars.
