The Classic MG Club of Orlando invites you to the 46st Annual Gathering of the Faithful to be held at the Hilton Orlando/Altamonte Springs Hotel, 350 S. Northlake Blvd. Altamonte Springs, Florida 32701. Tel 407-830-1985 or 1-800678-4380. 

The Show is on March 23-25, 2012 and, if you want to have the best experience, you should plan to stay at the Hilton Hotel. We have negotiated an event rate of $99.00/night and secured the entire 7th floor which has a wonderful spacious Hospitality gathering place. When making your hotel reservation mention you are with the Classic MG Club of Orlando and tell them our group code "MGCLUB". A total of 35 rooms are available on this floor, meaning, make your reservation early if you would like to stay on this floor. Any overflow will go to other floors.

Please also remember that your GOF registration is a two-step process. You need to secure your overnight lodging if you are coming from any distance and, most important to your Organizing Committee, you have to mail your event registration form in to Paul Plasschaert at 1304 Wellington Terrace, Maitland, FL 32751. In these tough times, the Catering Manager is saying that they need an EXACT count for the Friday Night Mardi Gras Buffet and the Saturday Night Awards Banquet. The information has to go to them a week in advance. This means that there will be NO tickets for the buffet and dinner sold at the time you show up for the GOF. If you are going to dine with your friends you are going to have to purchase your tickets in advance. The only way to do that is with the registration form mailed to Paul Plasschaert. We know that this is a change from past practices, but we have no alternate and ask you to be forgiving. We will set up a “trading post” on one of the bulletin boards in our Hospitality Suite to let folks buy/sell/trade tickets for the banquet, but that’s about it. Moral of the story: register now!
